Rose loved Mexican food. Tacos, frijoles, enchiladas, carne asada and margaritas.

So when a dashing Hispanic gentleman in a great hat appeared on her dating site, she was open to the idea. She thought he looked like he was a Mariachi, though she knew she was profiling.

So they met. Now Rose expected him to be there in his sombrero and full regalia WITH Trumpet. So, she was a bit disappointed when he appeared as just a normal GUY, sporting preppy clothes (and quite dapper). But, he was carrying nothing but an iphone. And, suggested a French restaurant. No green chile.

She had hoped to Request Guantanamena (albeit a Cuban song ) This song is also known as "Won Ton Tomato" in case you aren't recognizing it.

And it was a lovely evening, escargots to start. While the actual date didn't go as she'd planned...it was a very nice date.

Here is Rose's guy in yellow in full regalia. Both the real and imagination merged and were quite cute and meeting her expectations.

Isn't that all that really matters?

Now here was perhaps the most fun The Rose felt was possible at the obligatory (she actually loved these gatherings of family)...
